Ocean Reef is a small intimate community with just 12 spacious apartments on 5 levels.

Unit 101 is  a modern, ocean front apartment on the first floor with a private infinity pool on the terrace and a magnificent view directly on the water.

The master and second bedroom are both en-suite with king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. It also features a home office, High speed internet Wi-Fi and Ethernet outlets in each room. There is a covered parking space with an electric gate and a storage room downstairs accessible from the garage. There is private access to the sea/beach from the building and a communal fully equipped gym and BBQ area. There is a security guard in the building from 6 pm to 6 am and a property manager. 

The rate includes water and pool maintenance
