Nestled within a quiet Royal Westmoreland neighborhood; along the west coast of the island, Golden Brown is a tranquil standalone four-bedroom villa which offers spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces.  

The main level enjoys a spacious open-plan layout beautifully allowing the kitchen, dining and living areas to flow out to the covered terrace. Also on this level are two guest bedrooms, both outfitted with Queen size bedrooms and offering en suite bathrooms. On the outside, the terrace features a covered dining and lounge area both of which overlook the private swimming pool. 

The upper level of the villa accommodates the Master suite and spacious second guest bedroom. Both bedrooms open out to a terrace with views out to the coastline.  All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. 

Golden Brown offers social golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
