Welches Estate, St. Thomas

Welches Estate is a 13 acre site at Welches in St. Thomas to the immediate west of the Welches Grove community. Welches Estate is accessed off the new roundabout at Welches, and consists of 99 lots ranging in size from 1,300 to 8,500 square feet. Construction has commenced on the roadways and general infrastructure. 

Welches Estate is located in the rapidly developing area of Welches, just up from Warrens. A wide array of amenities are located nearby including 'The Walk' outlet shopping area, 'Cost U Less' super store and 'Chefette' restaurant as well as the financial district of Warrens. 

The developers are Welches Estate Limited ('WEL') which is owned equally by Massy and Omni Investments Limited. 

The project will be released in at least 3 phases and presently phase 1 and 2A are being offered.

Prices range from USD$59,750 to $63,000.

To reserve a plot a refundable deposit of USD$2,500 is required. This will be credited towards the purchase price.
