El Refugio is a beautiful villa tucked away in lush tropical gardens with wonderful views of the tranquil Caribbean Sea. The three bedroom villa provides a calming retreat with its Spanish Colonial-inspired architecture and the majestic Gibbs Beach just steps away. This unique villa oozes old-world charm with its textured walls, red clay tiled roofs and large doorways with iron gates. 

The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ian Morrison, the renowned architect shows his signature style throughout with the exposed wallaba beams of the ceiling. 

The open-plan layout of El Refugio is ideal for entertaining. The spacious living room opens out onto a breezy patio ideal for watching the setting sun and serene Caribbean sea. The villa also features a coral stone courtyard that makes the perfect setting for large dinner parties. There are actually three different areas of the house that can be used for dining. 

El Refugio boasts a magnificent location steps away from the beautiful Gibbs Beach and in close proximity to all West Coast amenities including banks, supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
