The rear of the house features an expansive garden area with a fully fenced-in pool. Overall, this house is ideal for entertaining due to its open space and prime location on Barbados' South Coast. The villa is complete with an automatic gate at the entrance and parking for three cars. 

Marine Gardens is located in the bustling Hastings area and as such is walking distance to the South Coast Boardwalk and many restaurants including Buzo, Tapas and Art Splash. The Garrison Historic Area and many hotels are also nearby. The famous St. Lawrence Gap is a short drive away from the property as well as schools, gas stations, banks and shopping malls. 

The house is available unfurnished with appliances. 

The rental rate includes pool and garden maintenance. Pets allowed.
