Sitting on an elevated position on the 13^th hole of the Championship golf course This residence offers a 5 bedroom main house and 1 bedroom guest cottage.

The five superbly appointed double bedrooms in the main house, each with ensuite facilities and spacious verandas and sea views. The luxurious master suite consists of a private lounge for relaxation, a dressing room, covered terraces with panoramic sea views as well as an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and tub.

The open plan lounge and kitchen open onto a large covered terrace – perfect for sunset cocktails. Ideal for family gatherings, the outdoor living areas include a dining and bar areas with barbeque, an expansive terrace surrounding the private infinity edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The guest cottage features a sixth bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and lounge with pull out sofa bed and is perfect for teenage guests; allowing them a decree of privacy and independence.

Originally designed as a fun-filled family paradise, The Westerings has a fully equipped games room on the ground floor of the cottage, with: pool table, air hockey, table tennis, table football and play station. There is also a dedicated media area with cable TV and DVD player wifi connection. In the main house there is a state-of-the-art, multi-room audio system with wall pad controls.
