Ideally positioned on Coronation Drive alongside the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, Villa Rosa is a beautifully maintained four-bedroom family villa set within half an acre of lush, landscaped gardens. Offering privacy and seclusion, the property enjoys sweeping views across the fairways towards the Caribbean Sea.

The spacious grounds are designed for outdoor living, featuring a shell stone sun terrace, infinity-edge swimming pool and mature tropical gardens. Inside, the villa combines contemporary furnishings and luxurious finishes with traditional Caribbean elements, including coral stone walls, shell stone terraces and exposed pickled pine ceilings.

From the entrance courtyard, a traditional coral stone hallway leads into the impressive double-height dining area, complete with a striking wrap-around stone staircase and gallery above. Shuttered windows allow the cool eastern breezes and natural light to flow throughout the living spaces. The main sitting room opens on three sides onto the covered terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor setting for relaxed dining and lounging.

Three of the four en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower level, with two offering French doors opening directly onto the terrace. The spacious master suite occupies the upper level and enjoys beautiful resort and sea views, along with a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Villa Rosa offers an ideal balance of privacy, space and resort living, while remaining just a short golf cart ride from the Clubhouse, tennis courts and communal swimming pools. Holetown is approximately an eight-minute drive away, offering a wide selection of restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and entertainment.

Guests also have access to Royal Westmoreland's resort amenities, including the private gym, communal pool, golf, tennis and the exclusive Mullins Beach Club, with a daily shuttle service available.

Royal Westmoreland Golf Club operates independently from the property estate and reserves the right to change club rules, including access to the course and tee times, at its discretion.
