Effective 1st May 2026, the Club in Royal Westmoreland will implement a per-villa, per-week charge for Royal Westmoreland amenities. This fee may be settled at the time of collecting your Club Cards from the Clubhouse.

Located in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort, The Royal Westmoreland House is a beautiful three-story villa with picturesque views of the Caribbean Sea.

Tasteful mahogany, furnishes this colonial style style villa that offers a foyer with high ceilings and marble floors on entrance from the Koi Pond bridge.

The second level houses two en suite master bedrooms with covered private furnished terraces offering envious views of the nearby golf course and spectacular evening sunset. A cozy entertainment room with a flatscreen television is found on this floor.

The french doors on the lower level open to an expansive deck equipped for BBQ and outdoor dining. Two en suite bedrooms can be accessed on this level where an infinity pool falls center in the deck with lounger and umbrellas on its perimeter. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen is located on this level with a large living area for entertaining.

In addition to the amenities of Royal Westmoreland Resort, guests can enjoy the exclusive beach facilities at Mullins Beach. The amenities include:

Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 8 minute drive. While in Holetown you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and craft (souvenirs) and plenty dinning options to choose from.

The Royal Westmoreland House offers full golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 8:10 AM and 4:30 PM daily.
