Bananaquit is a luxurious villa for holiday rental located on the Sugar Hill Resort, strategically positioned at the end of Plantation Drive, offering guests exceptional privacy. The property features three bedrooms in the main house and two further bedrooms in a detached cottage, accessible to the left of the main villa entrance.

The entire first floor offers stunning sea views and an open-plan, recently fully renovated kitchen, spacious living room, media room, and outdoor dining and lounge areas overlooking the pool and gardens.

Three en suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all featuring grand French doors leading out to the pool area. The master bedroom and first guest bedroom are furnished with king size beds, while the third bedroom offers twin beds. Bedrooms four and five are located in the guest cottage and offer two beds, one of which can be configured as a king. Both cottage bedrooms are en suite. The master bathroom is the only one with both a shower and tub — all others have showers only.

A games room is located in the basement, complete with a pool table and table tennis.
