A spiral staircase leads downwards to the air-conditioned library or den. 

The lower level of Manderley houses the three en suite guest bedrooms as well as a breakfast nook on the wrap-around verandah. The guest bedrooms open out to the pool area nestled in a tropical setting with a large covered cabana outdoor shower.
