Short term rental rates are quoted per night and vary based on the season. The Hilltop Villas can accommodate 1-8 guests. Rental rates are subject to 10% Shared Economy Levy and 10% Service Fee. All villas are subject to a US$ $750 security deposit, along with an incidental hold of US$ $50 per day, which will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card upon arrival at Apes Hill.
