Colleton Great House

Colleton Great House is an historic house set in seven acres of secluded tropical gardens on the Platinum coast of Barbados with beautiful views over the Caribbean Sea. 

The Colleton Estate boasts foundations laid in 1652 and comprises of the main house, a two-bedroom guest cottage, three bedroom house and stables presently being used as an art gallery. The great house is a grand two-storey, plantation style home with five bedrooms, an expansive basement as well as an in-ground pool and is ideal for entertaining on a lavish scale. Guests can be ushered into the wonderful reception room or the spacius balconies for cocktails. The formal dining room can handel settings for 20 people or more and boasts one of the grandest dining rooms in Barbados.

Between the magnificent gardens and the elegant rooms of the Estate it is ideal for entertaining whether it be a formal dinner, pool party, intimate soiree or cocktail party. 

The main house itself is 10,660 sq. ft., the bedroom cottage is 1,974 sq. ft., the 3 bedroom house is 1,550 sq. ft and the renovated stables are 2,190 sq. ft.
