Located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. Cassia Heights 15 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence set within a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a stroll away from the clubhouse and the Sanctuary; with its communal swimming pool several amenities are within easy access to its guests.

The light and airy main house; with its split-level design, offers 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and spacious living area with large ceiling-height bay windows, high ceilings and access to the patio just beyond. This patio enjoys views of the lake and is furnished with a casual outdoor dining area perfect for a relaxing breakfast or evening meal. The third en suite bedroom is nestled in a self-contained detached cottage set within the enclosed front courtyard.

All bedrooms offer air-condition or ceiling fans. The Master bedroom located on the upper level of the main house is furnished with a King-size bed while the guest bedroom on the lower level offers two Twin-size beds. The Guest Cottage offers a King-size bed.

Guests of Cassia Heights 15 have access to all Royal Westmoreland social amenities, including the Royal Apartments communal swimming pool; just a few yards away, the Sanctuary communal pool and gym, the tennis, the Club House and the exclusive beach club at the quiet Mullins Bay, St. Peter. The Mullins Bay beach facilities also offer guests a beachfront deck with direct views out to the sea. A free shuttle service operated by Royal Westmoreland or use of a private members-only parking at Mullins Bay is available to guests of the villa.

Guests will also benefit from the five-star concierge, which will assist in arranging travel, car rental, booking restaurants for dining, chef services, babysitting services and island activities.

In addition, Cassia Heights 15 offers social golf privileges which permit each guest of the villa access to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
