Nestled within the quiet Royal Villa Avenue of the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Royal Villa 5 is a well appointed semi-detached three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom villa.  

With beautify lake views, the light and airy upper level of the property; with high-vaulted ceilings, features an open plan living and dining area, equipped kitchen, and partially covered terrace; perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views of the lake and tropical landscape. Also located on the property's entry level is the first guest bedroom which offers a Queen-size Bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and walk in closet. 

On the lower level, the ensuite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also ensuite, offers 2 twin beds and walk through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the garden and lake just beyond. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Guests of Royal Villa 5 can also enjoy use of the communal Royal Villa swimming pool.  The main resort, just a short distance away offers a club house with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort. As a privileged guest of Royal Villa 5 you also enjoy the Royal Westmoreland Beach club located at Mullins Beach; where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available.

In addition, Royal Villa 5 offers social golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
