Effective 1st May 2026, the Club in Royal Westmoreland will implement a per-villa, per-week charge for Royal Westmoreland amenities. This fee may be settled at the time of collecting your Club Cards from the Clubhouse.

Royal Villa 12 is a well appointed semi-detached 3 bedroom villa, located on the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados.

The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, equipped kitchen, and partially covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying partial views out to sea. Situated on the property's entry level is the first guest gedroom which offers an ensuite with shower and walk in closet.

On the lower level, the ensuite master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also ensuite, offers twin beds and walk through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the garden, pond and communal swimming pool beyond. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Residents of Royal Westmoreland have access to the club amenities including their 18-hole championship golf course, flood-lit tennis courts, the Sanctuary and the Clubhouse.
