Situated overlooking the stunning crystal clear waters of Paynes Bay, Kiko opens its doors to guests looking for a Barbados family holiday that caters to larger and multi generational groups as well as discerning couples who like to entertain in style. The two master bedrooms are on the third floor and feature private balconies, kings sized beds, dressing rooms and marbled en suite bathrooms each with a private tub and double rain showers. There is a shared living area with large flat screen television, spacious breezy balcony and small kitchenette on this floor.

Six bedrooms can be found on the second floor each juxtaposed carefully to provide privacy with en suite bathrooms and stunning views. The home is designed with family in mind and there are two bedrooms with three single beds, ideal for teenagers, and a family style unit side by side where young families can be close. There is a larger guest suite at each end of the floor with more privacy. A ‘garden’ guest room with external access is on the ground floor for traveling staff or security.
