Effective 1st May 2026, the Club in Royal Westmoreland will implement a per-villa, per-week charge for Royal Westmoreland amenities. This fee may be settled at the time of collecting your Club Cards from the Clubhouse.

Forest Hills 16 is located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. This two bedroom club villa is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens with commanding views of the lake, the communal pool and the ocean beyond.

This tastefully furnished split-level villa has its en suite master bedroom and en suite guest bedroom on the lower level. The open plan living and dining room areas along with the fully-outfitted kitchen are on the upper level. There is a covered terrace which is perfect for late evening cocktails leading out from the living areas. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and lead out onto a garden terrace from where you can view the stunning Caribbean sunsets or lounge in the cool morning breeze.

There is a large communal pool just a few steps beyond your villa.
