This courtyard home features a 20’ private courtyard pool, that’s perfect for the whole family with plenty of lounge seating and a covered outdoor dining of 1,000 sq. ft. / 92.9 sq. mtrs, reclining chairs with ottomans, an outdoor couch, dining room that seats eight and an outdoor bar, a large BBQ grill with propane and grilling utensils and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa is ready for short and longer stays.

Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and large Ensuite bathrooms while the fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be joined with the bathroom/shower and tub, just a few steps away. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, as well as the living room.

Villa Blanca also comes with access to One Eleven Beach Club (12-minute drive) where there is access to (Free chairs, umbrella, with 10% discount for food and drinks) and a 24-hour Gym which is next to the villa. Directly behind Villa Blanca is the community farm where locally grown, organic vegetables can be delivered to you.
