Barbados Vacation Rentals
Relaxation is definitely an art form in Barbados where beaches are plenty and the sea is never too far away. Guests of Barbados villa rentals invariably spend most of their time outdoors, as living spaces at these private homes always extend to covered terraces, expansive pool decks, and patios for you to lounge.
Idling away the days at Barbados villas won't be too difficult, especially when our villas are equipped with staff on hand to cook, clean, and look after the property grounds. Reservations
Our consultants will advise on which villas and services better suit your needs, provide you with availability and rates, and discuss any individual requests and preferences. They will liaise with the relevant teams in the island of choice to organize any activity you wish to undertake and assist to coordinate personal or corporate events you have planned. Please note that each villa has a maximum number of guests, and that some villas are available for a minimum stay which varies from one villa to another.
Securing your booking
To secure the property, we need a non-refundable 25% deposit, and 50% for peak times. The remainder must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days must be paid in full for confirmation. We do not provide options to keep properties, however we will always inform you should someone else want to book the property.
Payment
Payment is accepted in US $ by cheque, bank transfer, or credit card. We accept only Visa and MasterCard. Please note that payments by credit cards are made in US Dollars. Your payment will also act as your acceptance of our terms and conditions. • Please make cheques payable to Island Villas Ltd. • For bank transfers, we will supply you with the bank account information.
Confirmation
Once payment is cleared we will send you a confirmation of your booking. It is only at this stage that your booking is confirmed.
Deposit
We do not require an incidental deposit for your booking, how ever we do require a credit card number to cover for any damages or any other incidentals exceeding your deposit.
