Rocky Bay is a unique 23.4 acre site located in a part of Bequia with outstanding natural beauty, Adjacent to the remote Ravine Beach, it is quiet, secluded and private. Plots and Prices

This gently sloping site allows every house to have a stunning view. It is divided in to just 16 plots, the smallest of which is one acre.

To achieve our aim, each plot will have strict covenants. The object of these covenants is not intended to be a restriction on the purchaser, but rather to protect all the purchasers of Rocky Bay plots. The main covenants will be:

• No subdivision of any plot
• No more than 25% of the plot can be cleared of its natural trees
• The heights of the building will be restricted to protect neighbours’s views
• Roofs to be eart colour and not reflective
• No farm animals allowed, only pets such as dogs and cats.
• The maximum size of the house will be 3500 sq. ft. with additional verandah space of 2000 sq. ft.
