Hawk’s Cry has a spectacular view overlooking Anse Galet beach and the island of Martinique in the distance. The Allamanda development is situated within fully landscaped garden and additionally has one large swimming pool which has been built close to Anse Galet beach. Cap Estate is a residential area with private homes and an 18 hole championship golf course, three hotels and restaurants and 2 more beaches.

The property is centrally air conditioned, plus strategically placed ceiling fans. There is 110 and 220 voltage available throughout.
The entrance to the townhouse is into an open plan kitchen and dining room with a dining table to seat 8 persons. This leads directly to a comfortable sitting room with TV connected to cable vision and a DVD player. The sitting room is surrounded by glass doors which open out onto a large patio and a wonderful sea view and ocean breeze. A powder room is situated off the steps leading from the dining room.
Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king size bed,flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms – bedroom 2 has a king size bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room.
There is also a laundry room.
The townhouse is situated in gently sloping landscaped gardens and has its own plunge pool.
There is a night time security guard and the development is fenced and gated with an entry phone system. There is a 110/220 backup generator in the event of a power outage.
