"Sugar One" is a delightful three-bedroom townhouse situated in the beautifully landscaped gardens of the renowned Sugar Hill Estate in St. James on the West Coast of Barbados. Stylishly furnished, this two-storey residence offers breathtaking views of the coast and out to the sea.

The ground floor features a fully-fitted kitchen, split-level dining room and sitting area which leads out to a large covered terrace and deck. The outdoor spaces of this property are ideal for relaxing, informal dining and entertaining and also feature a terraced garden with sundeck and plunge pool. All living rooms; including the main terrace, offer ceiling fans.

The spacious ground floor guest bedroom; with private sitting area, is outfitted with a double bed and offers direct access to the deck and garden. This bedroom also features a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom, located on the first floor, is a beautifully appointed room which features a private balcony, dressing room as well as a large en-suite bathroom. Also on the first floor is guest bedroom 2, fitted with a Double bed and also offering a separate dressing area, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. Both balconies offer breathtaking views of the sea where guests may relax in the evening and enjoy the beauty of a Caribbean sunset. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are fully air-conditioned.

Guests staying at "Sugar One" can enjoy the excellent facilities offered at Sugar Hill. These include flood-lit tennis courts, two large swimming pools and a gymnasium. The clubhouse has a bar and eating facilities which provide lunch, snacks and poolside drinks. Golf is available nearby at the Royal Westmoreland Course and the West Coast beaches are within easy reach of Sugar Hill.

Sugar One offers wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD player and an iPod stereo system. Housekeeping will be provided for up to three days per week.

Guests of Sugar One also enjoy access to the facilities at the Royal Pavilion Beach Club (a maximum of 6 persons allowed), as well as a 10% discount at the hotel's two restaurants.
